  螺杆泵性能参数换算
  The Count of Characteristic Data of Pump Selected
  以下各章均列出产品性能表,当用户根据需要在性能表中无法查得轴功率及流量时,可按如下方法近似确定:   When you can't get the capacity power and capacity from the characteristic table you need count it:
(一) 轴功率的换算 (一) The cowt of power
1. 当压力由P变成P1而粘度、转速不变时,轴功率N:  

N = (QP1/3.67η0)[1+(η0/η-1)P/P1] (Kw)

 式中: Q、P均为性能表中列出的接近用户需用要的那一组流量(m3/h)及压力值(Mpa); 

η、η0为在性能表标定的流量、压力时对应的总效率及容积效率。它们可在相应的η-P曲线图中查得。曲线均有离散性,按照"随规格的增大而取大值" 的原则进行取值。

1.When the pressure is from P to P1,but viscosity and speed do not change,you count the power N:
N =(QP1/3.67η0)[1+(η0/η-1)P/P1] (Kw) 
Note:
   The Q, P is the data that you can get from characteristic table Q(m3/h) and P(Mpa).
   η,η0 is the corresponding total efficiency and volume efficiency when the capacity and pressure is signed by Q, P. You can get them from η-P Drawing.
2. 当粘度从 E 变成 E1 而压力、转速不变时, 

 N = (QP/3.67η0)[1+(η0/η-1)E1/E] (Kw)

2. When the viscosity is from E to E1, but the pressure and speed don't change, you can count the power:
N = (QP/3.67η0)[1+(η0/η-1)E1/E] (Kw)
3. 转速从 n 变成 n1 时,压力、粘度不变时,轴功率 N:

  N = (Qpn/3.67η0n1)[1+(η0/η-1)n1/n] (Kw)

3. When the speed is from n to n1, but the pressure and viscosity don't change, you can count the power N:
N = (Qpn/3.67η0n1)[1+(η0/η-1)n1/n] (Kw)
(二) 流量的换算
(二) The count of capacity
1. 对于粘度大于50E 的介质,当粘度从E变成 E1时,流量 Q 变为 Q1
   Q1= Q/η0[1-(1-η0)1/K] (m3/h)
   K=(√E1+1.5)/(√E+1.5)
注:η0为标定流量Q时的容积效率;
  E、E1单位恩氏粘度 0E 。
1. When the Viscosity is from E1 and they are more than 50E, the capacity will be form Q to Q1:
  Q1=  Q/η0[1-(1-η0)1/K] (m3/h)
  K=(√E1+1.5)/(√E+1.5)
2. 当转速从n变成n1而粘度、压力不变时,流量Q1近似为:
  Q1 = Q/η0[n1/n-(1-η0)] (m3/h)
2.When the speed is from n to n1, but the viscosity and pressure don't change, the capacity Q1 can count approximately:
  Q1 = Q/η0[n1/n-(1-η0)] (m3/h)
